I used it as a salad dressing for my fresh spinach salad.
This picture shows a little thicker consistency, but if you add a little bit of water, it is lovely as a pudding or “yogurt”.
This is the salad that I created, from spinach that I grew in my garden and sprouts I grew on my counter!!
I sliced up an apple into small pieces, added cucumber, yellow pepper, chopped dried apricots, raw sunflower seeds, Raw Candied Nuts, and hemp oil/lemon juice/a bit of salt and topped it with this Blueberry Cashew dressing! It was literally the most delicious salad ever!
