Mix everything together in a bowl, adding the maple syrup after the nuts, sesame seeds and coconut so it binds everything together.
Then add cayenne pepper (optional) so that it sticks to the maple syrup). This batch was cayenne-less!
Spread the mixture onto a Paraflexx sheet on your dehydrator tray.
Flip the mixture over after about 3 hours of dehydrating time and continue for at least 2 more hours.
